Background

Ebe comes from a Combat Sports background. He was introduced to CrossFit in 2007 in London. He was then looking for a performance based fitness routine with a team atmosphere when he was the Team Manager for the Great Britain Grappling Team in 2007 and 2008. He realised that CrossFit would complement what he was currently teaching and expose his members to a great social community.
