We look forward to meeting you soon. You must have 3 months worth of Crossfit experience.

We have had the honour of visits from Crossfitters from Australia, Spain, Denmark, Holland, Mexico, Portugal, India, Brazil as well as those from various Boxes in the UK etc who all said they had a great experience.

Our classes are capped to 15 members per session  soyou will never get lost in the crowd.
Only people who are signed up online are guaranteed a spot in the class.THERE IS A 30 MINUTE WINDOW  before every class to sign up.

 Knowing  who is attending the classes gives the coach a game plan based on several factors to ensure all members get the most out of their  session.

 We respectfully ask all  visitors to book online no exceptions   …please  plan ahead  ie  6 hours  ahead to allow for computer problems or we look forward to seeing you on some other visit

We strictly by appointment only ,With a busy schedule  and working on our members training programmes ,If  you turn up without being booked in our trainers wont be  able  allow you into a class   (sorry). So book by clicking and have your space reserved and waiting for you.

To get the most out of your time here, we ask that Drop Ins arrive at least 10 minutes early to take a short Athlete Fitness Test  (if they do not have a level 1 cert )this will be carried out by one of our Coaches so that we can judge your level.

You will  appreciate that  any affiliate owner/trainer worth their salt is going to want  evidence of this to make sure you’re able to safely perform the movements.

 Another reason behind this is that every once in a while we get the visitor  who says that they have been “CF’ing for a year” yet we end up working with them more than with our own members.

Unfortunately, the way that we are currently set up does not support people coming to the gym and training on their own

In between a busy Personal Training schedule and our Classes, there is very limited scope for the gym to be used by individuals training alone. Our primary concerns are for the safety of the individual, but we also need to consider the security of the building.
