CALISTHENTICS/MOBILITY 1-2-1
“I’m a beginner/ I want to learn gymnastics skills, general movements and mobility.
These 1-2-1 classes primarily for our members to build confidence build your confidence in
the gymnastic skills, general movements and mobility within CrossFit. No previous
gymnastics experience is necessary.
WHY MOBILITY?
Our mobility class combines soft tissue work with static stretching and stability work to
unlock range of motion that has been lost over time and improve positioning.
Self-care also means decreasing soreness and injury risk.
This session has a strong educational component, as the skills and techniques you learn can
be used at home on an ongoing basis to address soreness and problem solve any nagging
issues.
