Fundamentals

Well done to those who have completed  the 6 hours of   “fundamental training” 

The programmes you have access to within your membership

 

Once you are a member we will proceed to the next phase  ie teaching you handstand progressions, ring skills like muscle ups,  Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting , Strongman and mobility skills

 

Our Senior Coach Ebe  is an Olympian with over 30 years experience as a strength and conditioning coach in activities similar to the crossFit concept (evidenced in this video highlight

 

Therefore at  CrossFit Milton Keynes  you have access to  over  40 years coaching experience ( Olympic and International level), 

As memberships are collected on the first of the month , depending on when you sign up there will be a pro rata payment to allow you train straight away for the rest of the month.

Most of our classes are capped per session you will never get lost in the crowd. Everything is done online .

There is a 30 min cut off before sessions  as this allows the Coaches  to spend more time on …..coaching and designing programmes, it also frees the Coaches from tedious billing issues that can distract them  from coaching
